Global industrial manufacturerMigration

10+ ERP systems off SAP HANA in 6 months, and a 15-person team able to run it.

Thousands of procedures and views migrated from SAP HANA to Snowflake inside a data mesh architecture. I set the dbt and Data Vault standards, built core models, reviewed every merge and mentored 15+ developers through the migration, with CI/CD and real-time pipeline monitoring in production. Afterwards, I stayed on for 5 months as the BI team’s dbt and Snowflake expert.

European rail and mobility groupMigration + Data Vault

6+ source systems into one governed, GDPR-compliant Data Vault.

For one of Europe’s largest mobility companies, I planned the migration to Amazon Redshift and designed the platform: Raw and Business Vault, dimensional marts on top, automated end to end with dbt (datavault4dbt, TurboVault4dbt). I guided the architecture decisions needed for GDPR compliance and documented planning, models and architecture so the internal team owns them.

UK specialty insurance platformData Vault + Data Mesh

Pipeline runs cut from 1 hour to under 10 minutes.

I scoped the project, designed the architecture and led a delivery team of 5+ engineers. Together we built the full pipeline, from staging through Raw and Business Vault to information marts, with modern dbt practices: data and unit tests, model contracts, access control and versioning. I trained the team on datavault4dbt and left complete documentation behind.
